摘　　要：分析了高校既有建筑物安全性鉴定存在的问题及解决办法。高校既有建筑物安全性鉴定是一个复杂的系统工程,牵涉到岩土、结构、建筑、防火,结构检验,材料科学等领域,因此,鉴定将是一个多学科的综合,只有经过精确的检测,确定合理的计算模型,并且根据实际情况确定相对合理的荷载及抗力分项系数及材料系数才能对高校既有建筑物的安全性进行合理的鉴定。This paper analyzes the problems and solutions in the safety appraisal of college constructions in existence. Safety appraisal of college constructions in existence is a complicated and systematic project involving many fields like rock and soil, structure, architecture ,fireproofing, structure test, science of materials and so on. So the appraisal is a combination of many fields and they need to make reasonable appraisal about the safety of college constructions in existence by accurate examination and reasonable calculating models. They also need to make the appraisal by relatively reasonable coefficient of load and resistance analysis and material factors which are formed according to the real situations.
