摘 要:提出了一种新型交错并联控制策略,以根据电压输入的大小改变直流变换器在稳态时的工作方式,降低输出整流二极管的最大耐压。将其应用在宽范围输入场合,可减小变换器的传导损耗。为了验证这种控制策略的优点,还提出了一种双半桥并联结构的变换器,并采用了新的整流结构。该变换器的主要特点是减小了单个变压器的体积;减小了输出整流二极管的最大耐压;减少了传导损耗。这些优点都来自于采用了新型交错并联控制后,两路变压器次级电压输出之间产生的移相角。最后由实验模型(100kHz/500W)证明了理论分析的正确性。In this paper,a novel interleaving control strategy for DC/DC converter is proposed.With the proposed control method the steady-state operating modes of the converter change as input voltage varies.Therefore,it can be utilized in a wide input voltage application to reduce the voltage stresses of the output rectifier diodes.A parallel half bridge structure with a new rectifier structure is proposed to verify the improvement of this control method.Key features of the proposed converter include:reduced transformer volume; reduced maximum output rectifier voltage;reduced conduction losses according to the low voltage drop.These merits are achieved because a phase-shifted angle is put on between two transformer's output waveforms with the proposed control.A prototype (100kHz/500W) is built to verify the theoretical analysis.
