摘 要:为解决车厢内部存储空间及结构自重与整车机动灵活性之间的矛盾,对某新型器材配送车内部结构进行优化设计.采用多元统计分析中的聚类分析法对携行维修器材和内部存储空间进行优化分析,并用ANSYS对结构进行有限元分析,用零阶方法进行优化设计,最终满足了器材携行要求,并减轻了结构自重.The inner structural optimization design for a new certain maintenance fittings carrying vehicle was analyzed. The aim of the optimization design is to solve the contradiction between inner storage space of van body and structure deadweight and maneuverability of vehicle. The maintenance fittings carried was evaluated by statistic analysis method, and the inner storage space and structure optimization designs were carried out by the use of the software ANSYS. The demand of maintenance fittings carried and structure deadweight were met by the design scheme.
