摘　　要：目的 分析胰腺损伤的诊断与治疗方法。方法 对12例胰腺外伤患者的诊断、手术方法、手术效果厦并发症的处理进行总结。结果 12例中发生并发症3例，无1倒死亡。结论 胰腺损伤术前很难做出诊断。关键是剖腹探查，胰腺损伤应选择合理的术式，才能减少并发症的发生。Objective To andyce the diagnosis and threatment. Method of pancreas in jury Methods. To summ wice the diagnosis, the sargical operation mahod, the swgical operatin, result the processig of the compilatans In this study 12 cases of pancreas iury.Resul 123 of the occuremce compications in examples, have no death. Conclusion The pancreas injuvy surgical operation havded to do a diaglosis before. The Ry is a laparatomy operation. The pancveas injury should choose the reasonable suryicd opevaotion meathod. Then cun veduce the locurrence of the coamplitions.
