摘　　要：目的探讨DHS内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法对我院自2000年3月至2004年6月中的92例股骨粗隆间骨折患者应用DHS治疗,对其骨折类型、手术方法、术后处理及疗效进行评价。结果92例病例全部得到随访,随访6～24个月,骨折均愈合,治疗效果优良率为91.3%。结论正确掌握DHS内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的手术指征,规范手术操作及完善围手术期处理,是提高疗效的关键。Objective To study therapeutic effect of internal fixation with dynamic hip screw（DHS）for treating femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methods From March of 2000 to June of 2004,92 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures were treated with DHS. To assess their classification, operative methods,post-operative treatment and therapeutic efficiency. Results All patients were followed up for 6-24months after operation, all get healed. The excellent rates was 91.3%. Conclusions The key to acquire satisfied effects lies on taking operative indications in full consideration, standardizing manipunations and perfecting treatment of the perioperation.
