矩形髓内钉治疗胫骨双段骨折临床分析(附29例报告)

摘　　要：目的观察和分析了29例胫骨双段骨折采用矩形钉内固定治疗的远期疗效。方法对胫骨双段骨折采用切开或闭合复位矩形钉内固定。结果4—6个月骨折全部愈合,2年随访骨痂塑形良好。结论矩形钉治疗胫骨双段骨折设备操作简单,费用低廉,符合骨折生物力学固定原理,疗效满意无并发症,具有传统治疗方法不能比拟的优点。Objective Observation and analysis of forward curative effect about internal stabilily with calcarine nails 29 cases of dissection lihial fracture, Methods Operative internal stability with calcarine nails, Results All patients were healing up after 4-6 months treatment, and 2 years＇s osteotylus observation was satisfied, Conclusions The method, being belier than traditional ones, is an easier operation and lower in price, It fits to the fractural biomechanical principle, and has a good forward curative effect without any complication.
