摘　　要：全面介绍了国际船用燃油规格标准的产生背景和发展变化。The paper introduces the development of ISO standard of marine fuels and makes comment on ISO 8217: 1994 published recently by ISO. Meantime, it points out the deficiecies of the above international standard.
