摘　　要：随着网络技术的普及与社会发展的需要,自动答疑系统成为研究的热点之一.如何提高自动答疑系统的智能化程度是自动答疑系统研究的关键技术.探讨了基于XML的事实库和规则库的知识表示,论述了反向推理机制在自动答疑系统中的实现过程及应用和自动答疑系统的模块功能.With the popularization of network and demand of society development, Automatic Answer System becomes one of research hotspots . How to improve the intelligence of Automatic Answer System is key technique on research of Automatic Answer System. The constructing of facts database and rules database based on the XML was explored. The process and application of Redirect reason - mechanism on Automatic Answer System were discussed. The models of the system were narrated.
