摘　　要：管道内外喷涂超高性能熔结环氧粉末(SEBF)是一项防腐蚀效果好、能耗低、污染小的管道防腐蚀技术。详细介绍了采用喷、抛丸除锈和静电粉末喷涂、中频炉加热等工艺的SEBF内外防腐蚀生产线的主要设备、技术和工艺。实际使用证明,采用该技术的管道喷涂生产线大大提高了生产效率和管道防腐蚀效果,具有投资少、自动化程度高等优点,具有广阔的应用前景。As a kind of techniques suitable to the corrosion - prevention of pipelines, the spraying of pipelines inner- and outer-wall with super-high-performance melted bonded epoxy resin powders has the advantages such as good corrosion - prevention effect, low energy consumption, and low pollution. Thus the major equipments, technology, and processes used on the production line for the corrosion prevention of pipelines by inner- and outer-wall spraying with super-high-performance melted bonded epoxy resin powders were introduced with respect to rust - removal via sphere polishing and static powder spraying in the presence of heating with a medium-frequency furnace. The field test results indicated that the established production line for the spraying of the pipelines had good efficiency and corrosion - prevention effect, and would have promising application because of the decreased investment and increased automation level.
