摘　　要：新时期公务员精神既有社会职业的一般特性,也有公务员岗位的职业特殊性。在现代化进程中,公务员精神面临公与私、对上与对下等选择与考验。要从制度层面与个人修养、社会环境塑造层面培育公务员精神。During new period, public official＇s spirit is provided with general attribution of social occupation in addition to professional peculiarities of public official. In the course of modernization, public official＇s spirit faces to choices and tests such as public interest and private one, superior demand and sub- ordinate request. To foster public official＇s spirit must be from the forge of individual culture and social edification.
