中韩国内信用证结算业务发展比较

摘　　要：针对中韩两国国内信用证结算业务实施的情况,分析了两国国内信用证业务市场发展产生差异的原因,并且根据中国国内信用证开办的现状,指出了目前该业务在中国市场适用性方面存在的问题,提出了修订国内信用证结算办法,设立国内信用证项下票据融资专项基金,制定再贴现政策,简化国内信用证格式等,进一步推广国内信用证结算业务的相关建议。As one of the most important settlement instrument for domestic trades, local L/C has become the new tendency for payment in China＇s blooming domestic market. At first, the paper compares the different developing histories and present status of the local L/C in Korea and China. And then, it analyzes the deep-seated causes which lead to the big differences between these two countries. At last, the problems were pointed out and the suggestions were given as well.
