对我国持续大量引进外资的思考

摘　　要：从20世纪80年代我国开始通过政策导向吸引外资以来,中国外商投资规模不断扩大,外资对我国经济发展的贡献有目共睹。但由于各地误认为外资越多越好,争相大量引资,结果对我国社会经济的发展带来了一系列负面影响,影响了我国经济安全。在新形势下,我们应当纠正被扭曲的引资政策,适度引资,以科学发展观来全面指导对外开放,树立新的科学的开放观,使对外开放更加有利于我国的可持续发展。Since the 1980＇s, China has witnessed a continuous expansion of the influx of foreign investment, due to its policy of eneot,raging foreign investment, which has contributed a lot to China＇s economic development. However, it can＇t be denied that foreign investment bas also done some harm to the safety of China＇s economy, because some local authorities have gone too far in this respect. The authors suggest that, in order to achieve a sustainable development ol. China＇s economy, the policy be adjusted according to the scientific development philosophy, and foreign investment he brougbt under control.
