摘　　要：建设创新型国家,这对高等学校的人才培养工作提出了全新要求。本文提出以教育教学改革为主线、以科技创新项目为龙头、以各类科技竞赛为动力、以校园文化建设为载体,对多维度培养大学生科技创新能力进行了研究和探讨。To turn China into a country of originality depends partly on college students＇ creativity, hence the necessity of reforms to China＇s higher education. The paper explores muhi - methods to develop college students＇ capacity for technological innovations. To attain this god, educational systems and teaching methods must be reformed; projects of technological innovations must be provided; scientific and technological competitions must be held： and campus culture must be constructed.
