摘 要:为了探明温室葡萄Vitis vinifera的最佳留叶量,以4年生无核早红葡萄Vitis vinifera‘Early Scarlet Seedless’为试材,研究结果枝不同叶片数对温室葡萄果实质量、外观品质、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸和成熟期等的影响。结果显示:结果枝留叶16,18,20片时果实的穗质量和粒质量较小,果实鲜红色到深红色,着色差,可溶性固形物质量分数低(分别为137,138和154 g.kg-1),固酸比分别22.31,22.66和28.36,果实品质较差;留叶22片时,果实的穗质量和粒质量明显增加,果实呈紫红色,成熟期提前,可溶性固形物质量分数高达162 g.kg-1,固酸比为36.65,果实品质好;留叶24片时,穗质量和粒质量明显增加,果实着色较好,可溶性固形物质量分数(160 g.kg-1)和固酸比(33.19)低于留叶22片的处理。可见随着结果枝叶片数量的增加,温室葡萄果实品质逐步提高,成熟期提前,但当叶片数达到22片时,各项指标不再上升,果实综合性状最佳,是温室葡萄结果枝的最佳留叶量。By comparing of the cluster and berry weight, the content of soluble solid and titratable acidity, the ratio of solid and acid, the fruit deformity and split among different treatments in the greenhouse, the effects of different numbers of leaves on fruiting woods on the qualities of Vitis vinifera 'Early Scarlet Seedless' was studied. The results showed that the average cluster and berry weight with the leaf number of 16, 18 and 20 were lighter than those with the leaf number of 22 or 24. And their content of soluble solid in fruit separately were 137, 138 and 154 g·kg^-1, and the solid/acid ratio of fruit were 22.31, 22.66 and 28.36. While with the leaf number of 22 or 24 was 162 or 160 g·kg^-1 , and the solid/acid ratio the content of soluble solid in fruit of fruit was 36.65 or 33.19. With the increasing of the number of leaves on fruiting wood, Vitis vinifera ' Early Scarlet Seedless' bore early fine fruits. In consideration of all the targets, with the leave number of 22, the characters of fruit is the best. [ Ch, 5 tab. 9 ref. ]
