摘 要:介绍了安徽工业大学自主开发的高炉炉顶综合煤气连续分析系统的构成、工作原理以及在马钢2 500 m3高炉上的在线应用效果。该分析系统的重点和难点在于开发了取样和净化一体化的样气预处理装置。实践表明:该煤气分析系统实时性好、准确率高、维护量小、工作稳定,有助于高炉工长及时判断和调剂炉况,以及判断冷却器漏水与否等。在马钢和梅山使用2年多来,该系统达到了令人满意的效果。The analyzing system of top gas developed by Anhui University of Technology is introduced. Its structure, operating principles and effects on the 2 500 m^3 BF at Ma'anshan Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. are also presented. The key point of this system lies in the development of the pretreatment apparatus of sample gas, which features the combination of sampling, dedusting and filtering. The system demonstrates its fast response capability, and achieves high accuracy, little maintenance and steady operation which helps foremen judge and control furnace conditions and monitor water leakage of coolers. Two years successful on-line use on BFs at Ma'anshan Iron and Steel Co. and Meishan Iron and Steel Co. proves its practicality and reliability.
