摘  要:对研发的气动板形检测辊(简称检测辊)进行了多项技术性能实验研究。实验主要包括:无载荷下检测辊检测喷嘴组压差与气源压力的关系、检测喷嘴组最大压差、定载荷下检测喷嘴组压差与气源压力的关系、辊环负载和多段辊环负载的关系等。实验结果表明:检测辊具有良好的检测特性,适合于小载荷下有色金属铝箔、铜箔等的张力检测。The performance tests of the pneumatic strip shape measuring roll manufactured hy us were conducted. These tests include the relation test of the nozzle pressure difference of strip roll and air source pressure under no load, the highest nozzle pressure difference of the strip roll, the relation test of the air source pressure and the nozzle pressure difference of the strip roll under some load, the load test of one strip roils and all strip roils. These experiments are discussed. The result indicates that pneumatic strip shape measuring roll has a excellent test prop- erty and is suitable for testing the strain of aluminum foil and copper foil under smaller load and high sensitivity order.
