驳骨油促进皮肤疮面愈合的临床研究

摘　　要：为研究驳骨油在各种皮肤疮面愈合中的疗效。按随机单盲原则将不同皮肤缺损的180名患者分为驳骨油组(治疗组)和凡士林组(对照组)分别治疗,观察两组不同皮肤缺损面积和不同皮肤缺损程度下疮面修复所需的时间和愈合后的皮肤质地即颜色、硬度和张力进行比较,并进行统计学处理。结果驳骨油组在疮面愈合速度和愈合后的皮肤质地各方面均优于凡士林对照组(P<0.01)。表明有驳骨油具有明显的促进各种类型的皮肤疮面愈合的作用。In order to study the therapeutic effect of 'BO GU YOU'(BGY,a TCD oiliness liniment) on the healing of various skin wounds,180 cases of varied skin defects were randomly divided into the treated and the control groups,which were treated by BGY and by Vaseline,respectively;the wound healing time of varied defect areas and skin injury degrees was observed;the post-healing skin qualities(color,hardness,tension,etc) of the two groups were compared.Through the statistical treatment,the results showed that the treated group had an advantage over the control in the skin healing velocity and the post-healing skin quality,suggesting that BGY has a significant function to promote the healing of various skin wounds.
