摘　　要：文摘在美国进行的数字信息长期保存活动中,国会图书馆发挥着重要的领导作用。其具体表现在以下三个方面:美国数字信息长期保存活动的领导者和促进者;数字信息长期保存行动计划的制定者;全国性的数字信息长期保存网络的构建者。The Library of Congress plays a very important role in the digital information preservation practices of the United States. Firstly, it is the leader and facilitator of the digital information preservation practices in the United States. Secondly, it is the planner of the digital information preservation program. Finally, it is the constructor of the national digital information preservation network.
