摘  要:建立了盐酸倍他洛尔片溶出度的UV测定方法,并研究了盐酸倍他洛尔片的溶出曲线.UV检测波长为274nm,线性范围为40~140mg·L^-1,相关系数r=0.9998;平均加样回收率为99.91%,RSD为0.35%;连续进样精密度、8h溶液稳定性的RSD分别为0.02%、0.04%.该方法简便、快速、准确度高.UV analytical method on dissolution test of betaxolol hydrochloride tablets was developed, and the dissolution curve of the tablets were also studied. The detective wavelength was 274 nm. The linear range (the absorbance value against to the concentration of betaxolol hydrochloride) was from 40 mg·L^-1 to mg·L^-1, and the relative coefficient was 0. 9999. The average recovery of betaxolol hydroehloride was 99.91%, and its RSD was 0.35 %. The RSDs of continuously detections and detections per 2 hours in 8 hours were 0.02% and 0.04% respectively. It is a simple, convenient, quick and accurate analytical method for the analysis of betaxolol hydrochloride.
