3种隆肛蛙的核型分析

摘　　要：采用骨髓细胞蒸汽固定法对采自河南的3种隆肛蛙进行核型研究,均为2n=26,NF=52.隆肛蛙(Feirana quadrana)栾川居群Nos.2,3,6为sm,10 p出现次缢痕;太行隆肛蛙(F.taihangnicus)Nos.2,3,4为sm,9p上出现次缢痕;叶氏隆肛蛙(F.yei)Nos.2,3,9为sm,次缢痕位于6 p.3种隆肛蛙核型差异显著.通过比较发现,隆肛蛙不同地理居群的sm数目和顺序、次缢痕的位置有明显差别,出现了明显的遗传分化.The karyotype of three species, genus Feirana, from Henan Province, China, studied using the bone marrow comparing. The results indicated that three species had a karyotype of 2n= 26, NF= 52, with five larger and eight smaller chromosome pairs, but differed notabty in the sequence of the submetacentric chromosome, secondary constriction （SC） or the satellite. Nos. 2,3,6 are SM, SC on 10 p in F. quadrana. Nos. 2,3,4 are SM, SC on 9 p in F. taihangnicus. Nos. 2,3,9 are SM, SC on 6 p in F. yei. The karyotype of three different geographical populations of F. quadrana were compared. They differed in the number and sequence of the submetacentric chromosome, secondary constriction. Nos. 2,4 are SM, SC on 12 p for Anxian population, Sichuan Province. Nos. 2,3,6,7 are SM, SC on 10 p for Wushan population, Chongqing City. Nos. 2,3,6 are SM, SC on 10 p for Luanchuan population, Henan Province.
