摘  要:针对大量铸造检测设备的使用使各种检测信息处理流程复杂化的现状,利用最新的电子技术,提出铸造企业现场检测、监测数据的网络化管理方案,可以实现铸造企业现场检测数据的分散采集,自动记录,实时传输,集中管理,统一分析,多部门信息共享,极大地减少了操作和管理人员的工作量,提高了效率和检查效果。In accordance with the situation that the usage of a great lot of measuring instruments in foundry working spot made the processing procedure of various measurement information data to be complicated, a project of adopting modern electronic technique to realize network supervision/control of measuring-monitoring data in foundry working spot was proposed. It is possible with this system to realize separately collection, automatic recording, real-time transmission, concentrative control, unitive analysis and multi-departments sharing of measurement data obtained on foundry working spot, that would reduce greatly the workload of operators and managers, as well as increase efficiency and inspection effect.
