丹参酮治疗点滴型银屑病68例的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价丹参酮治疗点滴型银屑病的疗效。方法将122例点滴型银屑病随机分成两组。治疗组68例，口服丹参酮6～8w；对照组予青霉素静滴7d，同时口服复方青黛丸6～8w。统计治疗前症状积分和治疗后第4w、第8w的症状积分及疗效，并进行统计学比较。结果治疗组与对照组在治疗4w时．症状积分和疗效差异无显著性；在治疗8w时疗效差异无显著性，但症状积分差异有显著性。结论丹参酮治疗点滴型银屑病症状改善明显，疗效与复方青黛丸相似，使用方便。Objective To explore the curative effect of treating psoriasis guttate with tanshinone. Methods 122 patients with psoriasis guttate were randomly divided into 2 groups,one（ treatment group） with tanshinone taken for 6～8 weeks, and the other （ control group） with penicillin i. v and compound capsule of natural indigo taken for 6 ～ 8 weeks;symptom index was counted before treatment and at the 4^th and 8^th week after treatment. Results There, is significant difference to symptom index at the 8^th week,nosignificant difference to symptom index and the curative effect at the 4^th week and to the curative effect at the 8^th week after treatment between treatment group and control group. Conclusion It is as effect to treat psoriasis gunatc with tanshinonc as with compound capsule of natural indigo.
