110例银屑病患者心理状态与个性特征的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨银屑病患者的心理状态与个性特征,为疾病的治疗提供新思路。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及艾森克个性问卷(EPQ),对110例银屑病患者进行心理状态及个性特征的分析。结果(1)银屑病组的SCL-90各因子分及总分均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。(2)银屑病组的N分及P分明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论银屑病患者存在有心理问题及个性改变,应采取积极的社会心理干预措施。Objective To investigate the psychological factors and personality mentality inpaticnts with psoriasis. Methods The patients were assessed with SCL - 90 and EPQ. Results （ 1 ） The scores of all factors of SCL - 90 of the psoriasis patients was higher than that of normal person （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; （2） The scores of N and P of the psoriasis patients was higher than that of normal person （ P 〈 0. 01 ） Conclusions The psoriasis patients had the problems of special personality,psychological factors had great influence on psoriasis patients.
