摘　　要：目的探讨实验性溃疡性结肠炎(UC)大鼠外周血白细胞分化抗原及配体(CD40-CD40L)的表达及其与免疫紊乱的关系。方法采用流式细胞术检测20例实验性UC大鼠(UC组)和20例正常大鼠(对照组)的外周血淋巴细胞CD40-CD40L的表达以及免疫功能。结果与对照组比较,UC组CD40、CD40L均显著升高;Th2类细胞因子IL-4、IL-5明显升高,而Th1类细胞因子IL-2及干扰素(IFN-γ)水平降低;血浆IgG、IgA、IgE水平升高(P<0.01,<0.01,<0.01),但IgM无差异。结论实验性UC大鼠存在CD40-CD40L的表达异常与免疫功能紊乱,且二者有内在联系;本结果可为UC发病机理研究提供免疫学依据。[objective] To investigate the relation between the expression of CD40-CD40L and immunologic derangement in experimental uleerous colonitis （UC） rats. [Methods] Flow eytometric analysis was employed to identify the expression of CD40,CD40L and the immune function in the peripheral blood of 20 UC rats and 20 eontroled rats. [Results] Percentage of the cells with either CD40 or CD40L expression in the peripheral blood of UC rats was significantly higher than that in the controls. The level of IL-4,IL-5 from Th2 cytokine were aseended and the level of IL-2,IFN-Y from Thl eytokine were descended in UC rats. The IgG,IgA and IgE cell numbers from plasma were higher in UC rats than those in controls. [Conclusion-] The expression of CD40- CD40L is abnormal and immune function is disordered in experimental UC rats. There is dosed relation between them.
