摘 要:研究了沉积物中六氯苯的超声萃取条件,并采用气相色谱进行定量分析。研究结果表明,在以10mL可密闭耐压试管为萃取容器,6mL丙酮:正己烷(体积比1:1)为萃取溶剂,超声功率90W,萃取时间40min,温度35~40℃,2次萃取的优化条件下,六氯苯稳定性较好。该方法的平均回收率为84.8%,相对标准偏差为1.92‰(n=10),检出限为0.071μg/kg。本法与传统的索氏提取法和浸泡振荡法相比。具有萃取效率高、萃取时间短、溶剂用量小、操作简单等优点,并成功用于实际样品的测定。Ultrasonic extraction of hexachlorobenzene (HCB) from sediments was studied in this paper. HCB was determined by gas chromatography with micro-cell electronic capture detector (μ- ECD). The results showed that the stability of HCB was very good for twice ultrasonic extraction under the optimized ultrasonic conditions of 10 mL sealed test tube, 6 mL acetone: hexane(V: V, 1:1), power 90 W, time 40 min and temperature 35-40℃. The average recovery of HCB from spiked sediments was 84.8% ,relative standard deviation was 1.92%(n=10) ,and detection limit was 0. 071μg/kg. Compared with traditional extraction methods, such as Soxhlet extraction and shake-flask extraction, ultrasonic extraction showed higher extraction efficiency,shorter time, lower solvent consumption and easy to use. The developed method was successfully applied to the determination of the HCB in real sample.
