摘　　要：在剖宫产术中证实妊娠不足20周也存在子宫胎盘卒中，化验提示对凝血机制发生显著影响，并有出血倾向．这表明，血液积于宫腔，渗浸子宫肌层，释放抗凝物质所致，因此，对此类病人的处理要把握好时机，主要是防止误诊及延误诊疗．Uterine placenta Cuzhong usually happened in 20 weeks in pregnancy. Laboratory presentation marked that it impacts on the latter mechanism, and a bleeding tendency. This shows that blood from the Gongqiang, ooze leach womb Jiceng, the release of material from condensing. The treatment for such patients have a good chance, mainly to prevent misdiagnosis and the adverse consequences of treatment.
