摘　　要：设立公诉权司法审查机制、建立证据展示制度、适度引入“辩诉交易”、实行公诉人当事人化、建立公诉变更制度、适当限制庭审案件的补充侦查是完善公诉程序的可行性对策。As to the prosecution procedure having some problems, the article put forward that to set up the censor sys tern of prosecution right, to ,set up the evidence discovery system, to absorb ＂ plea bargain ＂ in some degree, to change the prosecutor＇s role as parties, to set up prosecution change system and to properly restrain the supplementary investigation of court-trial case as the feasible countermeasures.
