摘　　要：从图书馆工作实践出发,对学校图书馆数字化建设与现代化管理进行了务实性的思考,就管理系统软件要求、电子阅览室管理和馆员素质的培养等方面总结经验、提出建议。According to the library working practice, we has carried on the practical ponder to the school library digitization construction and the modem management. The management system softwars are requested. To electronic reading room management and librarian quality aspects and so on, we should summarize the experience, put forward the proposal.
