中国游泳运动员“过早退役”现象的研究与分析

摘　　要：通过参考文献与调访发现,我国游泳运动员“过早退役”现象由诸多因素造成。其深层次原因在于训练体制上对运动员只进行单一的专项训练,而忽视运动员的文化知识教育,给运动员日后生存与发展带来负面影响。克服这种现象在于加强运动员的保障体系建设的同时,要培养运动员成为文化、有专业知识素质的高水平竞技人才,从根本上解决运动员“过早退役”的问题。By using the methods of documentary and survey, we find there are many factors that influence the athletes prematurity retirement. The fundamental reason is that the athletes＇ academics education has been overlooked, makes the athletes engage at single special training, it will bring bad influence on survival and development of athletes in future. In order to overcome this phenomenal, one should reinforce the ensure system construction of swimming athletes, and alter the phenomenal that sports divorce from culture and education, and at last, cultivating the high level of swimming athletes with literacy, specialty knowledge, resolve the problem of ＂prematurity retirement＂ radically.
