摘　　要：目的分析外伤性下泪点外翻的原因和手术治疗的方法。方法对1996年3月—2004年5月54例外伤性下泪点外翻患者均采用手术提高下睑张力,局部皮瓣或游离植皮修复组织缺损。结果54人术后外观均明显改善,除15人下泪小管断裂阻塞外其余病例流泪症状均有不同程度改善,但有6人术后仍有轻度睑球分离,再从睑结膜面行睑板-结膜梭形切除术后效果良好。结论提高急诊处理技巧,分层细致缝合,减少组织缺损,从而减少外伤性下泪点外翻的发生;提高下睑张力,修复组织缺损,是矫正外伤性下泪点外翻的关键。Objective Analyze the causation and surgical treatment of traumatic inferior puncture ectropion. Method 54 patients of traumatic inferior punctum ectrpion from March 1996 to May 2004 were treated surgically by horizontal shortening of the lower lid that is the local skin flap or skin graft transplantation to repair the organic absence. Result The appearance of 54 patients is improved obviously. The symptom of tearing is improved diversely except 15 patients whose inferior canaliculus are blocked. Conclusion Improve the emergency treatment technic that is careful suture and increase the tension of the lower lid are the key points of curing the traumatic inferior punctum ectropion.
