摘　　要：目的:探讨膝关节半月板桶柄样撕裂的MRI表现。方法:采用意大利百盛公司生产的0.2T永磁型专用关节扫描仪,分析11例经关节镜手术证实的膝关节半月板桶柄样撕裂的临床表现及MRI征象。结果:11例中,碎片内移征10例,双前角征9例,双后交叉韧带(PCL)征7例,空领结征6例。结论:MRI是诊断膝关节半月板桶柄样撕裂的首选检查方法,碎片内移征、双前角征是诊断该病变的可靠依据。Objective：To investigate MRI findings in meniscal bucket - handle tear of the knee joint. Methods： In 11 cases of merfiseal bucket - handle tear of the knee joint confirmed by arthroscopy, clinical manifestation and MRI signs were analyzed. Results：Of 11 cases, 10 showed the internal displaced fragment signs, 9 double- anterior signs, 7 double posterior cruciate ligament signs and 6 absent how tie signs. Conclusion： MRI is the first choice of examination in diagnosis of meniscal bucket - handle tear of the knee joint. The internal displaced fragment sign and double - anterior sign are reliable evidence in diagnosis of meniseal bucket - handle tear of the knee joint.
