摘　　要：目的研究获得性肾囊肿(acquiredrenalcysticdisease,ARCD)声像图表现及超声诊断的应用价值。方法对90例尿毒症患者进行超声检查,应用二维超声、彩色及脉冲多普勒技术,观察ARCD的发生部位、数目、结构特征及血流动力学的表现,分析ARCD与透析治疗时间的关系。结果ARCD具有典型的声像图特征,检出率随透析时间的延长而增加。结论超声在ARCD的诊断、动态观察及早期发现并发症等方面具有重要价值。Objective To investigate the sonographic features of acquired renal cystic disease （ARCD） and to evaluate the value of sonography in the diagnosis of ARCD. Methods Ninety cases with uremia were scaned by uhrasonography. The position, number, structure and haemodynamics of ARCD were observed on two-dimensional image and color Doppler and pulsed wave Doppler. The correlation between ARCD and the course of dialysis was analysed. Results ARCD had its sonographic features and the ARCD incidence was increased along with the dialysis course-length. Conclusions Uhrasonography plays on important role in the diagnosis, dynamic observation and early discovery of complications in ARCD.
