人工髋关节置换术并发症的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨人工髋关节置换术后并发症和翻修技术。方法对1202例人工髋关节置换术病例和52例(59侧)人工全髋翻修手术病例进行回顾性分析。结果本组836例均获1～10年的随访,平均3年8个月。术后患髋Harris评分平均93分。结论全髋关节置换术是目前广泛开展的手术之一,其10年优良率已超过80%,但同时也出现了感染、脱位、人工关节松动导致疼痛和功能障碍等并发症。人工关节置换术后并发症直接影响假体功能效果,人工假体存留的质量还有待进一步研究。Objective To explore the complications of artificial hip replacement and the skill of rebuild. Methods From 1986.1 to 2005.6, 1 202 cases artificial hip replacement and 59 cases total hip revisions were operation. Results Retrospective analysis on 836 cases after artificial hip replacement were followed up for 1 to 10 years, average 3.8 years, and the mean Harris score was 93. Conclusion The occurrence of complication is related to the skill of operation, quality of metallic prosthesis, and individual differences of patients. For decreasing and preventing from these complications, some operative experiences and preventive measures should be further study.
