氯硝柳胺杀螺缓释片的研究

摘　　要：以氯硝柳胺工业原粉和可湿粉为原药，选用红壤和紫潮土作赋形剂，加树脂聚合物作粘合剂和膜材料制成的氯硝柳胺缓释片，经崩解和磨损度试验，其具有良好的抗水膨胀和耐磨性能。药物释放度测定１２小时内从６．０～２３．７毫克／升，由低到高呈线性关系（ｒ＝０．９９０），角系数（ｂ）＝０．６９，符合缓慢释放规律。定期换水检测，杀螺有效浓度可持续１９０天，第２、３０、６０、９０和１８０天释放药液的杀螺效果ＬＣ５０在０．１６５～０．２１５毫克／升之间。The slow releasing formulation which containes niclosamide as active ingrendient was developed for controlling snails.The tablets have good water and tear resistant properties.The releasing concentration was 6.0-23.7mg/L in 12 hours,which demonstrated linear relationship with correlation coefficient r=0.990 and angle coefficient b=0.69.The result of the routine submerging snail killing test showed that the LC50was 0.165～0.215mg/L.The test result also showed that the eftective snail killing period of the formulation is over half a year.
