生脉注射液联合葛根素注射液对肝硬化患者肝纤维化指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察生脉注射液联合葛根素注射液对肝硬化患者血清肝纤维化指标的作用.方法:?将50例肝硬化患者随机分为两组,对照组22例采用常规保肝、降酶等治疗,治疗组28例加用生脉注射液和葛根素注射液,分别检测治疗前后的肝功能、肝纤维化指标等.结果:?总有效率治疗组显著高于对照组(82.1%vs59.1%,P<0.05).治疗组肝功能优于对照组,并且治疗前后也有显著差异(P<0.05).治疗组纤维化指标(μg/L)HA、PⅢP、Ⅳ-C、LN显著低于对照组(231.1±111.3vs424.4±166.2;132.1±110.5vs207.1±105.7;104.4±26.5vs144.7±26.9;107.2±26.8vs160.8±46.2;均P<0.05),同时也低于本组治疗前(480.2±181.4,216.1±161.4,148.3±27.2,161.8±43.7)(均P<0.05).结论:中药生脉注射液和葛根素注射液能明显改善肝功能,在抗肝纤维化治疗中有确切疗效.AIM： To study the efficacy of Shenmai injection combined with Gegengsu injection in the prevention of liver fibrosis. METHODS： A total of 50 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. One served as the control group, and only treated by routine methods. The other group received Shenmai and Gegengsu injection based on routine treatment. The liver function and fibrosis indexes were detected before and after treatment. RESULTS： The overall efficacy rate was significantly higher in the experiment group than that in the control group （82.1% vs 59.1%, P 〈 0.05）, and liver function was also improved. The fibrosis indexes （μg/L） such as hyaluronic acid, type Ⅲ procollagen, type Ⅳ collagen, and laminin were significantly down-regulated in the experiment group in comparison with those in the control group （231.1±111.3 vs 424.4 ± 166.2; 132.1 ± 110.5 vs 207.1 ± 105.7; 104.4 ± 26.5 vs 144.7 ± 26.9; 107.2 ± 26.8 vs 160.8 ± 46.2; all P 〈 0.05） and those before treatment （480.2 ± 181.4, 216.1 ± 161.4, 148.3 ± 27.2, 161.8 ± 43.7） （P 〈 0.05）.CONCLUSION： Chinese medicine Shenmai injection combined with Gegengsu injection can improve the liver function of and fibrosis indexes of cirrhotic patients.
