摘 要:目的探讨了支气管哮喘患儿血清GM-CSF、IL-8和IL-6水平的变化及意义。方法应用放射免疫分析对32例支气管哮喘患儿进行了血清GM-CSF、IL-8和IL-6水平测定,并与30例正常健康儿作比较。结果支气管哮喘患儿血清GM-CSF、IL-8和IL-6水平非常显著地高于正常儿组(P<0.01)。经治疗3个月后则与正常儿比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论血清GM-CSF、IL-8和IL-6水平的异常升高是支气管哮喘患儿发病的病理因素之一,有重要的临床价值。Objective To investigate the changes of serum GM - CSF, IL - 8 and IL - 6 levels both before, and alter treatment in pediatric patients with bronchial asthma. Methods Serum GM - CSF, IL -8 and IL -6 levels were measured with RIA in 32 pediat- ric patients with bronchial asthma both before and after treatment as well as in 30 controls. Results Before treatment, the serum GM - CSF, IL - 8, 1L - 6 levels were significantly higher in the patients than those in the controls ( P 〈 0. 01 ). After 3 months treatment, the levels were not significantly different from those in controls (P 〉0.05). Conclusion Abnormal high serum GM -CSF, IL- 8, 11, - 6 levels played important role in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma in children.
