摘　　要：基于Visual C#.Net的最新开发工具,研制了网络型GMDSS(全球海上遇险与安全系统)模拟器软件,包括INMARSAT卫星通信系统B、C、F船站,地面通信系统MH/HF DSC、NBDPT、SSB、VHFDSC,以及SART、EPIRB、NAVTEX共12种GMDSS设备的模拟。试验验证,该软件具有仿真度高、界面友好、系统稳定、可扩展性强等优点。Based on a new type of exploitation tools of Visual C^# . Net, the software of network distributed GMDSS simulator has been exploited, which includes INMARSAT satellite communication system B, C and F marine stations, ground communication system MH/HF DSC, NBDPT, SSB, VHFDSC and SART,EP1RB, NAVTEX, etc. It is validated by experiment that the software has many advantages of high reality, stability, friendly interface, wide extensibility and so on.
