摘　　要：通过对水尺计重的方法和步骤的研究,分析了水尺计重中产生误差的原因,阐述了承运人在水尺计重中应注意的事项和行动准则,旨在为承运人提供一在水尺计重中的行动依据,以便保证承运人在水尺计重这一普遍性工作中的根本利益。By studying the methods and procedures of draft survey, the reasons causing errors in draft survey are analyzed. Some items for attention and operation principles in draft survey are also put forward in the paper. The purpose of the paper is to provide an operation guidance for carriers in draft survey in order to ensure their essential benefit.
