摘　　要：目的建立龟型分枝杆菌感染的动物模型以评价药物治疗的疗效。方法用龟型分枝杆菌混悬液涂抹切口;将细菌混悬液直接注射于皮下组织。结果通过注射法即可建立满意的动物模型,药物治疗各组与对照组间差异无统计学意义。结论龟型分枝杆菌感染的治疗应强调营养扶持,提高机体免疫力,及时选择病灶切除术。Objective To build an animal model for Mycobacterium chelonei infection, and to evaluate the effect of chemotherapy on the infection. Methods The painting incisions with suspension of Mchelonei and the subcutaneous injecting with the bacterial suspension was performed. Results We satisfactorily built the animal model by injection, and the effect of chemotherapy in treatment groups had no difference with that in of control. Conclusion It is important to nutrient supporting, enhancing immunity of the infected, and select excision of focus in time.
