摘 要:目的探讨短T1反转恢复(ShortTIInversion-Recovery,STIR)成像技术在脊柱MRI检查中的应用价值。方法对73例脊柱病变患者(其中,转移瘤50例,血管瘤10例,脂肪瘤8例,急性外伤5例)进行常规MRI平扫、STIR扫描,分析病变的检出情况、病变形态及信号的显示效果。结果在病变的检出,病变形态及信号的显示方面,STIR扫描明显优于平扫各图像。结论脊柱MRI平扫中STIR成像的应用对病变的检出,病变形态、信号的显示具有明显优势,能提高MRI对疾病诊断准确性。Objective To assess the clinical application of short T, Inversion Recovery(STIR) sequence in spinal MRI. Methods Seventy-three patients with spinal lesions which comprised metastatic tumors (n = 50), angioma (n = 10), lipoma (n = 8)and acute trauma ( n = 5)underwent conventional MR plain scans and STIR sequence scans. The detection rate, shape and signal feature of the lesions by both modalities were analyzed and compared. Results Compared with conventional MRI, STIR sequence has heigher detection rate and could much more clcarly reveal the shape and signal feature of the lesions. Conclusion Use of STIR sequence in MR plain scans has a significant advantage for raising the detection rate of the spinal lesions and visualizing their shape and signal feature so that it can elevate the accuracy of MRI in the diagnosis of spinal lesions.
