摘　　要：日本高等专门学校是20世纪60年代出现的一种新型高等职业院校。该类院校的升学及就业竞争率一直遥遥领先,原因就在于它自身的多种优势特征。The advanced vocational school,born during the 1960s,is a new kind of vocational school in Japan. The proportion of students entering schools of a higher grade and the employment rate continuously lead that of other schools, the reason lies in its own multiple superiorities.
