摘 要:目的结合行为改变的跨理论模式,寻找一条对大学生体育锻炼行为进行干预的有效途径。方法利用体育活动等级量表、自编体育锻炼行为问卷、体育锻炼行为阶段状况调查表,对大学生干预前后的体育锻炼行为、运动量以及行为阶段的分布情况进行测试并加以比较分析。结果实验后干预组的参与性体育人数有所增加;干预后处在不同阶段的大学生体育锻炼行为各项指标得分发生了变化,干预组干预后与干预前、对照组体育锻炼行为得分[分别为:(3.34±0.30)分、(2.83±0.23)分、(2.79±0.22)分]及各阶段行为均分之间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),干预后学生运动量与行为得分之间的相关显著(r=0.36,P<0.01),对照组4个月前后测试各项指标之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论对处于体育锻炼行为转变不同阶段的大学生,进行不同形式的健康行为教育,具有一定的效果。Objective To find an effective intervention way in university students' exercise behavior. Methods By using physical active rate scale-3, questionnaire of exercise behavior, and the scale of stages of exercise behavior, a test was conducted on the students' exercise behavior, energy expenditure at different stages. Results After the experiment, the number of students under intervention who took part in exercise had increased. Every index before and after intervention had changed : the difference between the scores of the group of students before intervention (2.83 ± 0. 23 ) and after intervention ( 3.34 ± 0. 30 ) and the average score of the other Controlled group(2.79 ± 0.22) was great ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The score between the behavior and the energy expenditure was very great ( r=0. 36, P〈0.01 ), while the difference of the score of the controlled group was not great ( P〉0. 05 ). Conclusion Proper interference with the university students' exercise behavior at different stages is effective.
