摘 要:本文在加压热天平上考察了5℃/min和25℃/min的升温速率下先锋褐煤、大同烟煤和兖州高硫煤的多段加氢热解过程。实验表明:采用快速升温、多段停留的手段可以达到或超过慢速升温过程的转化率。快速升温过程中的多段停留效果比慢速升温的要显著。对先锋、大同煤,600℃停留效果比500℃时明显,而对兖州煤则正好相反。多段加氢热解是一种较理想的煤的前脱硫方法,可使兖州煤的脱硫率达90%以上。The multi-stage hydropyrolysis of Xianfeng lignite,Datong bituminous coal and Yanzhou high sulfur coal was investigated at heating rate of 5℃/min and 25℃/min in a pressurized thermobalance.The results show that the conversion of coal at high heating rate in multi-stage hydropyrolysis is higher than that at constantly slow heating rate.The effect of keeping temperature at 500℃ or 600℃ for 10min at high heating rate is more pronounced than that at slow heating rate. The increase extent of conversion with keeping temperature at 600℃ is more markedly than that at 500℃ for Xianfeng and Datong coal,but the result is opposite for Yanzhou coal.The multi-stage hydropyrolysis process is an ideal desulfurization method for pro-combustion utilization,which makes the sulfur removal of Yanzhou coal up to 90%.
