摘  要:指出滤料的抑菌性能是抗菌空气过滤器最重要的评价参数。使用广口瓶浸渍法、最小抑菌浓度法、平行划线法和浸泡法对几种不同的滤料进行了抑菌性能试验,发现浸泡法可以用于抗菌滤料抑菌性能的定性试验,广口瓶浸渍法和最小抑菌浓度法可以用于抗菌滤料抑菌性能的定量试验,平行划线法不能用于抗菌滤料的抑菌性能试验。Filter media's bacteriostatic activity is one of the most important evaluating indicators of antimicrobial filter. In this paper, different kinds of filter media's bacteriostatic activities are tested by using four methods respectively, which are GJDM (Glass Jar Dipping Method), MIRM (Minimal Inhibitory Concentration Method), PSM (Parallel Streak Method) and BSDM (Bacteria Solution Dip Method). The conclusion is that BSDM is a relatively quick and easily executed qualitative method while GJDM and MIRM are relatively sensitive and time consuming quantitative procedures. PSM is demonstrated to be an inappropriate method to determine bacteriostatic activity of filter media.
