摘 要:在对货车进行超偏载检测的过程中,由于存在工频信号、脉冲发生器、电子开关和射频信号等干扰源,严重影响了超偏载检测传感器的信号拾取。利用AD7705在A/D转换环节中内置的信号调理电路,有效地抑制干扰,并简化了前向通道的设计。应用表明,该方法能有效地衰减检测现场的大部分干扰信号,提高超偏载检测的可靠性。During the examination of the overload and unbalanced load of the freight car,the signals from the detection sensors are influenced seriously because of the so many disturbance sources, such as the work frequency signal, pulses, electronics switch,radio frequency signals and so on. In this article,the signal disposal circuit of the A/D conversion taches inside the AD7705 is used to restrain the disturbance effectively,and simplify the design of the front channel. The applications show that the method can restrain the most of the disturbance signals from the detected surrounding availably, and the reliability of the examination of the overload and unbalanced load is improved.
