摘　　要：从经筋的循行分布特点出发,分析经筋与神经、神经与麻醉、针刺与麻醉的关系,并从以往针刺麻醉文献资料统计结果来佐证其临床实践应用价值,论证经筋理论在针刺麻醉中的关键作用和如何从经筋理论阐释针刺麻醉。The critical role of muscle region theory in acupuncture anesthesia and how to understand acupuncture anesthesia from muscle region theory are explained from the characteristics of the circulating distribution of muscle regions and by analyzing the relation- ships between muscle regions and nerves, nerves and anesthesia, and acupuncture and anesthesia and proving the practical value of the clinical application of these relationships from the statistical results of previous literature and data on acupuncture anesthesia.
