摘  要:目的探讨黄精赞育胶囊对弱精子症大鼠精子鞭毛超微结构的影响。方法采用雷公藤多甙制备大鼠弱精子症模型,通过透射电镜观察黄精赞育胶囊对精子尾部超微结构的影响。并采用生物发光法测定各组精子ATP含量。结果雷公藤多甙造模后,出现线粒体、外周致密纤维排列紊乱及缺失。黄精赞育胶囊不同剂量组治疗后上述损伤的细胞器均可得到不同程度的修复。黄精赞育组大、中剂量组治疗后精子ATP含量较模型组显著提高。结论黄精赞育胶囊提高精子运动能力与其修复损伤的线粒体及外周致密纤维有关。Objective To study the effect of Huangjingzanyu Capsules (HC) on uhrastructure of sperm flagella in rats with asthenospermia. Methods The rats with asthenospermia were induced by multiglycosides of Tripterygium Wilfordii (GTW). The ultrastructure of sperm flagella was observed under the transmission electron microscope. Meanwhile, sperm ATP level was estimated by bioluminescence.Results In the GTW group, disorganized and deficient mitochondrion and outer dense fibers could be observed. The damaged mitochondrion and outer dense fibers caused by GTW were repaired at different levels in the HC group at different dosage. Sperm ATP level was significantly increased in the large and middle dosage of HC groups compared with that in the GTW group. Conclusion The action mechanism of HC in improving locomotory capacity of sperm may be related to the repair of the damaged mitochondrion and outer dense fibers in the sperm flagella.
