针刺条口穴治疗肩关节周围炎临床疗效研究与评价

摘　　要：目的研究条口穴基础主治。方法根据多中心、随机对照、单盲(研究者、操作者、统计者三分离)的临床试验原则,将257例肩关节周围炎病例随机分为2组,试验组124例,口服消炎止痛药联合针刺条口穴;对照组133例,单纯口服消炎止痛药,对比2组的临床疗效。结果镇痛疗效方面,试验组总有效率为96.0%,对照组总有效率为82.0%,2组总有效率差异有极显著意义(P<0.01);肩部功能活动改善方面,试验组总有效率为86.3%,对照组总有效率为59.4%,2组总有效率差异有极显著意义(P<0.01)。结论口服消炎止痛药加针刺治疗肩关节周围炎疗效显著,取效迅速,安全舒适,其疗效优于单纯服用消炎止痛药。Objective To study the basic therapeutic function of Tiaokou （ST38）. Methods Multicenter, randomized control and single-blind （deviser, operator and statistician were separate） were taken as the principle of clinical trial. The patients in the treatment group （n = 124） were treated by oral administration of anti-inflammatory and analgesic medicine combined with acupuncture at Tiaokou （ST 38）. The patients in the control group （ n = 133） were treated by oral administration of anti-inflammatory and analgesic medicine only. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results In terms of relieving pain, the total effective rate was 96.0% in the treatment group and 82.0% in the control group with an extremely significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. In terms of improving the shoulder activity, the total effective rate in the two groups were 86.3% and 59.4% with an extremely significant difference between them （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of treatment by oral administration of anti-inflammatory and analgesic medicine combined with acupuncture at Tiaokou （ST 38） was much more significant, faster, safer and more comfortable than that of treatment by oral administration of inflammatory and analgesic medicine only.
