摘  要:用水热法在不添加任何改性剂的条件下,以FeCl3·6H2O为原料制备出了直径在60~80nm,长度在200nm左右、均匀分散的棒状Fe2O3。将其应用于化学气相沉积法制备碳纳米管中,制备出了直径约30nm,长度在微米级的碳纳米管。对纳米氧化铁的形成机理及其在碳纳米管制备中的作用进行了讨论。Rod -like Fe2O3 was prepared by hydrothermal method. Its catalytic activity was investigated. XRD result shows that the nanorods are α - Fe2O3 crystals and SEM image shows that they are about 60 - 80nm in diameter and 200nm in length. Carbon nanotubes with diameter of about 30nm and micrometers in length were successfully produced by chemical vapor deposition method using rod - like Fe2O3 as catalyst. Formation mechanism of rod -like nano Fe2O3 and its effect in preparation of carbon nanotubes were discussed.
