摘 要:采用添加去极化剂的方法,对液体钽电解电容器工作电解质的配方进行改性,通过正交实验,研制出了一种新型的电解电容器电解质,用其装配成规格100V/100μF的液钽电容器,高低温性能测试结果表明,以CuSO4为去极化剂,电容器的漏电流较小、容量变化小;以Fe2(SO4)3作为去极化剂,电容器损耗较小,低温阻抗小,两种去极化剂都在一定程度上使电容器的高低温特性得到了改进。The characteristics of working electrolyte of wet tantalum capacitor were improved by adding depolarizer. A new type of electrolyte used as cathode for electrolyte capacitors was developed, and a type of 100V/100μF wet tantalum capacitors was assembled by using this new electrolytes. The result of high - low temperature property tests shows that the capacitors using CuSO4 as depolarizer have fewer leakage current, and fewer capacitance changes, the capacitors using Fe2( SO4)3 as depolarizer have lower loss and low temperature resistance. Both types of depolarizer make some improving on the high - low temperature property of wet tantalum capacitors to some degree.
